all those sparks when welding are just for show, my dad works at Michigan assembly and told me that when the heads are clean they don't toss any sparks at all lol

its a shame they cut out the part of the government dumping the cash in the trunk, would have been entertaining.

There are a few factors in those giant sparks. If the timing is off. If the current is set too high and too long. Or if there is a gap between the two parts being bonded.
