The future of the Detroit Zoo?

Cant vote now since I am in TX..... I do actually still have a Mich DL though so maybe I can. My wife & kids are home (visiting family in Mich) for a month & were in fact just at the Zoo Wednsday!!! The kids loved it... My older 3 had been before but it was my 2yr olds first time & my wife says he was off the hook!! I would really hate to see it close!!!:shake:

Haha! Thats awesome. Every time I'm at the zoo looking at the lions, I can see houses right on the other side of the fence and always think how cool it would be to live there and hear the lions roar.

zoo is much nicer & cleaner...

I'll be supporting the Zoo. It's an awsome place, and I couldn't deny that to our kids. I hope they rename it though. We should all get credit for the financial support we will be giving the zoo if it passes.

it would be a HUGE loss if the zoo closed IMO. I go at least once a year, sometimes more, and totally agree on helping pay for it!
