The Future of Michigan

If you wanted to add jobs you would abolish the unions that make unskilled employees too expensive.

Which candidate do you think is more sympathetic to union wants?

Tell me what you disagree with then?

I -strongly- disagreed with the pull ahead for property tax collection, increasing the cigarette tax, and the so-called "Driver Responsibility" crap.

Would you have voted for Kwame?

Absolutely not. His opponent was someone I could have supported.

Why not say that Grandholm is more sympathetic to manufacturing workers who've lost their jobs? Why turn that legitimate sympathy into a pejorative?

Sounds like those are the only three things that effect you. My point is you've been sucking her ass on every thread and it don't make sense to me. :puke:

I disagree. I've tried to introduce some balance and spice into some of the threads. We have an entire section devoted to controversy. What fun would it be without someone generating some?

The point of many of my comments are to inspire a deeper discussion on various topics. A thread like "Jenny Blows" and seventeen replies that say "I agree" hardly makes for intelligent discourse.

Cheers,

Mark

I don't think you'll find anyone anywhere not sympathetic to people who have lost their jobs. The Democratic party and its candidates undoubtedly pander more towards labor unions than their counterparts.

Well naturally, there are more chiefs than Indians. Chiefs aren't enough of a constituency to win an election. :)

Jenny from the block wins - Michigans economy = monkeys humping footballs

Face it the union wants her and the welfare losers want her, it is going to be a close one. Maybe japan should buy michigan, we might have a chance..lol
