taking a pole on what my truck will run in the 1/4

ive got a 85 ranger fully gutted and a 12 point role cage and it is tubed with ladder bars and coil overs ,ford racing 460 with alum cobra jet heads ported and polished,950 dbl pumper ,comp cam 605,633 lift dur 300,333 custom made headers 2 1/4 primary's . that is all the stuff that is done to it im going to take it to milan next year but i was trying to get so friendly input on what ever one thinks it will run . there maybe so things that i miss if any one wants to kno just ask .... im think low 10.00 maybe a lill faster
the motor came from ford racing with 550 hp with every thing ive done im guessin around 650to 700.

well i just figured that this was a car site and it has been a long time since ive heard people throw back a diss on me but thatil do pig that will do ..

I think if it really is only 2600# it will go 9s, but have you scaled it? It's still a full frame truck, I would guess with a big block that it would be heavier than that.

I think you're probably close with your low 10 guess.
 
well no i have never had it scaled but my buddie has the same truck and with it gutted and with no motor he said it was 2000 so i added 600 for the motor and trans.and im hopen for 9.80
 
I would say its safer to figure 3000 once you add up all the odd's and end's your going to be knocking on the 3,000 door
