There are two motorcycles holding us up. You should be able to see them in the video. If he would have done anything that stupid, he most certainly would have gotten his ass kicked or worse.

Depends on what stretch you are on. Some of the corners have 10MPH speed limit signs other parts have 30MPH signs.
