T5 Short throw Opinions

I acquired a t5 today, along with some more goodies WOOT!!! It has a pro 5.0 short throw on it. My broken trans has a B&M Ripper, it worked fine after my brother and I adjusted it correctly. Any opinions?? I still need to get the shifter, but the rest is mounted to the trans.
I'd like to get 12's with just bolt ons, any faster shifting would help lol!

So You have a Pro5.0 shifter but no knob correct? That's a good shifter, but like you learned on the last one you have to have it adjusted correctly.

Try a bunch of different shifter knobs and find one that feels comfortable. You don't want to be fidgeting around trying to bang gears.

Hmm, so I cleaned off the short throw, no markings on it, at least on top, besides t45/t5. I think its an ebay cheapy short throw. The guy said it was a pro 5.0 though :\. Looks like I may be sticking with my ripper :joystick:

Yep Pro 5.0 shifters say Pro 5.0 on them.
