t shirt design

Can anybody recommend a program that is good and USER FRIENDLY for making shirt designs? Graphic design maybe? Or anybody that can give me some advice? Maybe does this for a living? I'm not talking about simple screen printed stuff. Elaborate designs! I found a program called fashion design pro but that looked like dresses and stuff?

Can always use NOTEPAD and write your own EPS files for shirts... if the design is simple, like the MM sleeper shirts.

Notepad might work for some of the simple stuff. What programs do graffic designers use? Are they CAD programs?
