Swimming pool service on the east side

Do any of you have a company that you go to for swimming pool needs? I've tried calling 2 places the last 3 days waiting for a return phone call or follow up...not a good way to convince someone you will take care of them while taking their money.

Looking for someone to open the pool for the year and make sure everything is right and close at the end of the season.
