Ok guys, what cool swag / freebies did you folks snag at
Roadkill and or Woodward Dream Cruise 2016?

I brought my sons to Roadkill (then stopped by the MM lot)
and snagged all these goodies….

I got the back pack at registration and sunglasses from haggerty and that was it

the racing was great ... but it looked like zero traction


i personally think they dropped the ball

the food trucks were much better this year
total lack of a midway for Car Guys
the thrill ride thing was ridiculous

and they Did Not need to sell Beer at 10 pm

I appreciate everything Roadkill, Dodge & M1 did.
I couldn’t however believe or understand how it took
almost an hour to get through the gate & park!

All & all, it was a great event and I enjoyed my time
there with my boys........memories.
 
The event was a joke I waited over a hour to get into the m1 then another half hour for tech inspection then waited 5 more hours to make a pass. People were not following the rules and cutting in line some people made one pass some made 4 that got away with cutting into line. I won't race next year just be a spectator waste of $50 bucks and my entire Friday afternoon to make one pass.
 
Last year was more organized and they organized it in 2 weeks. Hour and a half to get into the show and shine, then parked in mud at least an hour waiting to see the finals. No rush to go back next year.
 
I had a show and shine ticket but based on the sounds of things I'm glad i was stuck working on my house to prepare it to list.
 
Anyone know what the hell happened that caused 1.5hr delay before the fast 4? Spent about 3hrs there only to see about 20 minutes of actual racing which amounted to seeing Mike Moran make half passes and still destroy the cars they put him up against haha.

After running the MIS infield without curbs I won't run a track that doesn't have curbs yet again. Too much shit ends up on the track.

You know how when you’re at an event like Roadkill and the
venders have those “giveaway drawings” to win something.
You know, you fill-out your name & contact info and if you
win they send you a really cool prize?

Well, my son was just contacted, he won the Vibra-Tite
prize package! :1syellow1

We also signed up for other drawings for a Optima battery
and a rear end gear set – is it asking too much to win one of those too? :lol:
 
Hmmm - I have been in contact with Vibra-Tite for a position there over the past few months. Looks like they have a sense of Humor there. I will say the President is a very cool guy. I spoke to him a few times on the phone. Seems like a cool little company (well division of ND Ind.)
