stripped bolt.

i have a stripped bolt on my passenger side exhaust manifold. its impossible to access with most tools. i picked up an air power dye grinder and went at it for about 4 hours (6 gallon air tank fml). still barley any progress. any recommendations?
i do not have enough room to get anything in there to grip it and i do not have a torch.

bolt extractors failed. thats also the same set i used. wont grip it. hammer, or any kind of chisel cant get in there. i am holding the air tool with 3 fingers and leather gloves... cats are in the way.

the wheel in the pic is about 2 "
attempting a cut off wheel in the morning, i am using a diamond grinder V shaped disc and its very slow.

Have someone with a a set of torches come over and take care of it. Only issue then is getting a new stud back in it. Id be willing to bet if you heated the bolt up and hammered a smaller socket on the bolt you might get lucky and twist it off.

Diamond grinders don't do shit on those bolts! A nice abbrasive cut off would go through it in a minute. Local painters supply and buy greenlee or 3M. You;ll be done and pissed at yourself for not using one first.
