Strange 10 way Help

I just got strange 10ways and wondered what other guys might use for settings. Obviously every car is a little different but I was just looking for a starting point. So if anyone has them and could tell about where you have them set for the strip that would help a ton. Thanks.
 
Thanks for the help. This car is new to me and when I took the old struts off just now to install the new ones I found that the kid who owned it before me had installed them without the lower bushing or washer on the strut rod. So not only were they junk struts but they were just knocking around in the holes. Guess that explains a few rattles I was hearing. Lol. Super happy with the new struts. Seem to have a ton of adjustment for a great price.
