Just picked up a 2000 SS, and the previous owner had cut the muffler out and welded in piping. It's not godawful as the rest of the exhaust is stock, but it's louder than I'd like, and it drones quite a bit on the freeway.
Looking to see if anyone has a stock catback laying around (most preferable to me as it's a quick bolt-in), or a stock muffler that I could have welded back in.
This would hold me over until I can figure out and pick up whatever catback system I'd want.
