Steve was extremely helpful the whole way through the process. And as a first time home buyer I probably wasn't the easiest to deal with having a bunch of stupid questions and constantly bugging him for updates and such. I don't think I ever had to wait more then an hour for any response, regardless of time of day. He even sent me an email on the evening of Christmas Eve, just to wish us good luck since we had just put an offer in on the house we ended up getting. He took great care of us and helped us cut costs and save money wherever possible. If anyone needs a mortgage, you would be wise to PM Steve.

I've been working for my buddy's real estate business the past few months. That said, buying a home is a fucking racket (moreso on the financing side), they don't make any part of the process simple. Run around after run around, paperwork after paperwork, wait after wait, lol. I was telling my parents how the whole process is now and they said it's nothing like it was when they bought their house long ago.
