When i have my steering wheel turned all the way while idling in drive , i can feel my car sorta hopping as if it keeps running over an ice patch.
What could the problem be?

Are you talking about when you aren't moving, or when you are?

If when sitting still, it's normal....just the ps pump working.

It just started doing it.

check the tires may have a bad spot, or they may be rubbing

Is this a IFS or Split beam truck. IIRC most of those rangers had split beams and radious arms. You could have a bad radious arm bushing. . Any clunking while stopping ?

I had the radius arm bushings replaced in october.

my 02 tahoe does this too..its gott alittle bit bigger then stock tires and it is a 4wd...
