Steering column repair... tools?

The steering column in my old suburban decided it had enough. It's busted around the tilt area. I need to tear it apart, but the repair article I've found lists some specialized tools. A steering wheel puller I can get easily, but I also need a lock plate removal tool and a pivot pin puller.
Any idea where to find these? Has anyone else done a job like this?

I've done the turn signal switch, so not quite as in depth but far enough. It's tedious, but not that hard as long as you have good directions, the haynes/chilton got me through it fine. Just keep track of all the little parts and make sure you remember how they go back in, and have fun with the snap ring, that damn thing gave me hell.
