Stang v6 to v8

My dad recently passed away, and I got his '96 Mustang v6. He always talked about dropping a v8 in it some day, and I'd like to complete his dream. I am currently looking for a 4.6 32 valve to drop in with some type of blower in top, I'm thinking a 03 cobra would be the perfect donor, but I don't know a ton about mustangs. Would a 03 cobra harness drop right in? or is there a company around that sells a conversion harness? I think my biggest worry is the harness.. So once I have a solution for that, everything else should drop into place. Thanks in advance

theres alot involved in the process, i changed my 99 v6 auto to a 4.6 gt motor, T45 5 speed trans and 8.8 rear end. For starts you need complete harness from motor to fender, from fender to pcm, then a new pcm, also need hydroboost brake booster and lines, new steering rack, and a decent amount of other odds and ends. its by no means a quick or easy "drop in" and go, took me over 6 months to get everything right. good luck and pm me if you need more info.
