so ill say im pretty much the biggest pussy ever when it comes to spiders, and have been seeing them alot around the house, not your typical daddy long legs, all the nasty lookin ones. any ideas on getting rid of them? ive heard bombing the house but that might not be too good with having a dog, thanks
 
Have someone come spray the exterior of the home....
actualy since its this late in the season, just wait till spring.... :dunno:
 
I usually just vacuum really well around the house. All corners of the ceilings, basement, etc. I have a bugspray that I spray around the foundation of the house on the outside and along the tops of the walls in the basement and that seems to keep them from getting too crazy in the house. I am usually reminded it's time to do it again when I run into a cobweb in the basement. :lol: Or find a big honking one on a wall when I turn on a light and surprise it in the middle of the night. After I have stopped being startled, I usually kill the f'er. Then I go on my cobweb cleaning rampage. :lol:

Picture...in the Pub. This friendly little guy was sitting there on this F150 in the yard. I HATE spiders as well.

I actually have Orkin hit my house 4 times per year. Hardly ever have any spiders anymore. It is $125 per visit four times per year.

x 2.. I've had Terminix coming out since we moved in 3 years ago. They come out every 3 months, spray indoors, and setup little sticky boxes in case some do get out and about, and then also spray the perimeter of the house 3 feet out from the exterior. No issues with any critters. I have a 3 yr old, so the last thing I need is for some spiders crawling on her face when she's sleeping!
 
ugh, ive got yellow ones in my jeep. ill see one about once a week, always startles me. thats what i get for letting it sit outside
 
I used a whole gallon of the "home defense" from lowes on the outside of my place. Got rid of 99% of them. The three cats take care of the rest.
 
Just buy the 3 pack of bombs, house only has to be empty for 3 hours. When I had dogs I just left them outside all day. Best thing I ever used, I used to have all kinds of bugs till I used that.
 
I got bit by a brown recluse spider 10 years ago put me in U of M hospital for a week I have hated all spiders ever since

your supposed to take all your food out of your house, your plates and everything to do that, i looked into those but didnt want to be bothered with all that.
