Speedometer weirdness

So the speedo on the truck sometimes moves up and down when I am driving a constant speed, and sometimes it just stays on 0. ABS light also goes on after I drive around a bit, guessing it's related? Some sensor somewhere slipping making the wheels speeds not match? 97 chevy K1500.

Probably the abs sensor on the diff. but it may also be the outputshaft speed sensor

I think 97 was the first or second year of 4 wheel abs...
