Speed density question

Im considering buying a car that is pre-maf. Is it head ache to Mod the car with out say maybe a wet 125 shot or S-trim?

It depends on what your doing. MAF conversion isn't necessary if your staying stock or only adding just an intake/ exhaust say. Just don't try to swap to another cam.

Nitrous would be ok but anything that is going to drastically change the vacuum will not work well with speed density. I'd try to find a MAF car or do the swap without a doubt

Whats the ECU part number and or calibration ID or strategy code ? I have been doing alot of older SD fords lately and they are cake. I have no idea why so many people bitch about tunning them.I am wanting to know if there is support available for your ECU.

Buying the car tomorrow.. Have you ever tuned a Blower or Turbo car with one? Or is that getting to risky?

Definatly need to go to maf with the mods u want to do. There are ford/mustang tuning experts that have been doung this for over 20 years. I think most would know who i would recomend. Alternative Auto.
