spark plug heat range

does anyone kno or have a chart or something about the heat ranges on spark plugs

302 30 over 10:5:1 victor jr heads and and intake cam size is in .565 ext.572 300 310 duration and a t-5 and 4:56 gear. is there anything eles that might be need to know.

and as of right i was told by the auto parts store that the heat range of my plug is 2 and i was told by holley and that place that made my heads that i need a hotter plug and that is all they told me....

go one colder and start there. Make a run shut the car down Immediatly and read the plug.

well see the thing id that the plugs are carbon fouled and no matter how i tune the carb they stay fouled new plugs was just put in like 3 days ago and the keep getting fouled

the carb is just not tuned right. what size/brand carb?
