I need to put a new dizzy and battery in, then it should fire up and be a new beater.

It needs a good cleaning, based on some of the stuff I found in the car, it doesnt look to be driven since 04.

That cold air intake will be removed ASAP as well!
 
i'd leave the cia, and take the intake off and paint it red, and the cam covers yellow. then i'd hit up autozones performance isle, and buy up all the high horse power sitckers. especially the nos ones.

I'm putting the stock intake on, just slightly modified, its something about the filter being 4" from the wet road I just don't like. My set up should flow just as well, with out sucking in water. As for the rest of it, HA! No way in hell. I will powder coat a set of valve covers and the IM though, just in an aluminum finish so they wont get all nasty like they are now.

They hardest part of it short of the timing belt and water pump is done. It has long tubes on it, which took me two days of being very frustrated to put them on my last one. The car minus the rear header and timing belt/water pump is easy to work on.

I wouldn't touch a thing. ride it to the ground then get another. :dontknow: if it runs its a GREAT DD leave it as is.

Although, I may have some black paint for you. That red mirror is kind of annoying. :lol:
