Somebody buy this bitch!!!!!!!

How long has it been on the market? Mine has been for sale for 40 days without a showing. I am only asking $139,000. for my shack.
 
About a year and 2 realtors later and price drops. Your in a good price range from what Ive seen people are buying in the $90,000-around $230,000 range.

My uncle had his house on the market for 2 years in Troy. He was asking $850,000. It takes awhile to sell the big houses.

I have been told by people that my house should sell fast. Only problem is the house is on a crawl. The 3 couples who walked through thought the house was awesome but they needed a basement for their junk. Location wise my house is great. Walking distance to shopping. Wild Woodys is 1/4 mile away.

Good luck with your sale. It will happen when you least expect it.
 
I hope we all sell our houses sell fast. They should get rid of there junk and then they wont need a basement. If you havent used it in a year throw it away.....I guess I need to throw my car away :(
 
steve, its hard bro. My neighbor is selling his 10 year old house, im off 23 and Hydenrich, for $399,000. Literally 5 houses away are brand new spec homes. Fantastic house, huge. Like 3600 square feet, full custom, unbeleivable inside beutiful everything. Landscaped and ac too. They were asking 449,000 but just dropped it to $389,000. Now who the fuck is going to buy my neighbors 10 year old home with that around the corner?
