It means it has a factory longblock with the only internal mod being a camshaft.

Sorry to see it go I felt the same way when my 86 got towed away . Was even worse when I pulled up at a light and the guy pulled up next to me. I was on the Sportbike I traded him he was in my finished car

Thanks guys! I did pull the plate off right after I took the loaded up picture. I still have my Cobra, and my BBC '72 Camaro, so all the toys are not gone. Sucks for sure to see it go though, it was one mean lookin' car too.
