My kids orthodontist has a soft serve machine in the waiting room. as well as ever game system and a cappuccino machine. Neon on the walls. Looks like a kids playhouse. I know where the money I pay goes! I have also been to his house!

I was focussing on return customers. Might also install a fountain pop machine with Mountain Dew, Orange Crush, Pepsi, etc.

I used to have a candy dish on my front desk full of nice treats. Patients would take them and ask if I was trying to make more business. I'd just laugh and say "Haha, Yep."
