No, it was dry on top didnt look so bad but it was a low spot and wet down for about 24" or so, and i kinda ended up in a spot of no return. Didn't have much of a choice by time I realized it was to late.

Yea, especially as i was still in my work clothes and had to walk probablly a half mile out of the woods just to let my buddy know where i was at. My work shoes were still soaked when i left for work this morning lol
