why were the pistons and rings changed if its only got 4000 miles? I put ruffy 2500-3000 miles on my sled a year and it now has 6500 since its last rebuild.. and the only reason i went thru it was becuase the oil pump craped out and melted the top end.. now its no long oil inected ..

We usually rebuild them every few seasons, this is my dads sled and is not being used anymore, we freshened the motor at the end of the season last year to keep it fresh. The sled is absolutley immaculate, and for the few hundred dollars it cost to freshen the motor it is worth it to us to keep it like new.

Nope. Perhaps you haven't been here long enough to know that I post when and where I like. I don't need to be asked. :cool: Plus, Ponch is a friend of mine and I'm not going to let him be low-balled on something that is worth every penny of what he's asking. Ponch ain't broke, he can sit on the bitch till he finds the right buyer for the sled. Plus, he's an evil genius when it comes to small engine machines like sleds, bikes, etc. There's no one on this site who can take better care of a sled/bike than him.

Good luck with your sled purchase.
 
I will take 2200 if you come get it tonight, I promise you will not find a cleaner one owner sled, there is not a scratch, or even a rub mark on the whole thing, the seat shows NO wear or discoloration, cover is super clean, studs are good, has spare belt, 2 extra gallon of oil, runs phenominal, starts 2nd pull every cold start.
