Will you separate the two bedrooms?
Can I chose the Appliances I want to use?? I am willing to pay for only the appliances I will be using. Is the rent flexible from Month to Month? I don't have that much money....Any parting gifts when I move out??

If Rickety rents the one room I will rent the other,but only if rickety rents it I will rent it, he is the only room mate I want.. whats you policy on pets? I have a 12 foot pet alligator, he is basiclly harmless and loves kids (non agressive). Also what are the neighbors like?
