Is anyone here familiar with Briggs ans Stratton engines? My parents have a John Deere L118 with a briggs v-twin engine. The engine model number is 406777 type 0139-e1. The engine sounds like it is running too fast and the idle seems to go up and down. The carb is non adjustable. Can someone point me in the right direction or know of where I could find a repair manual? Thanks.
