i have a cart like that they are more of a storage cart opposed to a rolling cart, If you want I have a shit ton of 1 inch square tube 1/8 and .250 wall I have some 1.5 square tube too, and lift brackets

Not looking to spend a bunch of fab time. Time is limited these days. Storage cart is fine. I need something to hold an engine up that takes less space than a cart, and frees up an engine stand.

Got as 6.0 short block on a tire. Looking to move beyond Fred Sanford.. I know.. getting all fancy..

The fab time wouldn't be a problem, I had one made up in a few hours that held my motor and transmission in one piece. It was 3 uprights and 1 main tube with heavy castors on it. Drill a few holes and use the motor mounts and transmission mount.

Found one for $35 delivered. Cheap enough to avoid the time and effort of fabbing from scratch. Now to mod it for LS engines..
