gotta say I doubt you'll see any airflow to the intercooler with that, seems like the neg pressure at the wind shield will just pull hot air up out of the engine through the cooler. I'm quite interested in what you find out though :thumbsup: nothin like goin stealth
 
I agree that the scoop will be hard to remove and still have air flow to the I/C. I like sleepers too, but with that car I doubt you'll fool anyone that knows anything about them, lol.
 
I would put a WRX spoiler on it. I don't think it looks as good without a spoiler. Also, I'd leave the hood scoop the way it is.
 
loving the WRX and STi's without wings - and this one is no different. Car looks much cleaner and much less boy-racer like. Can't wait to see how it looks when finished!
 
nice car, looks familiar :lol: I've always like those and evo's. i just can't get over how hideous the smurf interiors are on those cars....
 
you might as well lose the roof scoop too as all it does it direct air over the factory wing. without it, youre just giving yourself negative downforce

You can't. The i/c needs air flowing into it.

Might as well just do the front mount, IMO the car looks much better with the hood scoop but if you are just going for the sleeper effect than I guess that wouldnt matter. It can only look semi-sleepy anyways since it is what it is and everyone knows what the car is.

I agree. Stock WRX spoiler in addition to the way it sits. Also with that roof spoiler thing removed lol
