I knew someone like that in high school. Some kid's parents bought him a new 98 Trans Am (new at the time). He put pace car stickers on it and said it was an actual pace car. Drove like an ass in it, wrecks it going 130 in the rain on the highway...he lives somehow...what do the parents do? Buy him another one.... :lol: So retarded

from what i heard, they really arent breaking the trans in them, just burning up the clutches.

Trans is fine. The first batch needed the ECU remapped to change the launch control. Now it's .01 slower to 60 and won't break.

Sounds like a tool owned that car. Sucks, but I'm sure he'll have another one.

Whats kind of ironic is that my gf's brother lives in Chandler in EL. After the UofM game he was like "some guy here has a GTR" I responded "the smashed up one". Turns out it's the same car haha. He's said it's always durrrtay, apparently it must be the one, hasn't been around lately.
