i have a 02 chevy tahoe and my aunt has a 08 mariner and both suv were hit 2 nights ago:mad:..i thought newer cars/trucks had somthing in the tubing to stop this from happining?? now i was looking at locking gas gaps, will these actually do the job or are they a waste of money?

What do they cost (locking gas caps) With gas at $2.50 + a gallon Ya...Its worth It. I didn't know they could still syphon gas still. How much (In gallons) did they get ?

14 bucks for a cap. im buying one tonight.. iam not fully sure but atleast 7 to 8 outta mine. thats alot of gas i dont know how they got away with it.

when I was working at a shop we had to remove a few locking caps. flat blade screwdriver and a hammer to the key hole. poped them off every time.
