shop to tune BS3

i should have my car up and running in the next few weeks

i am running an LT-1 with Big Stuff 3 running sequential and dual WB O2

i have a base program loaded into the ECM to get the car running.

can someone please recommend a shop around the rochester, troy, warren area that can dyno tune the BS3 to get max performance from it?
