Septic tank openings...what to cover with

I have two openings to my septic tank, one has a filter underneath that I am supposed to clean at least one a year so I need to access the lid. Both openings are about 24" x 24". What can I cover the lid openings with that looks decent without looking like I am covering two septic openings? I had to dig them out this morning but would like a cover I can remove for easier access.

i was thinking irrigation/sprinkler valve box covers, flat, green.

Mine just has a thin layer of dirt and grass, if your careful cutting the sod you can just flip it over and back.

Do a search for Septic Tank Covers. Amazon has at least 2 different brands. They have different riser heights if needed. I've just started looking into this for my tank as well.
