See the Diesel smoking out the Police

Isn't the "World's fastest diesel pickup" the Banks Cummins Dakota?:dontknow:

EDIT: I just took a look at Banks website, the Dakota is the "World's fastest pickup." and it is a diesel.

He was giving the copy car a two light lead (1 second) at the launch according to the PA announcer.

I think he ment to give him a 1 second start from the bulbs, it looked like he slept a little giving him about a 2 second start. Either way the end result sure would've been the same, he almost sucked the windshield out of the cop car when he passes him. :D

I'm pretty sure that truck is the fastest top speed on the salt flats but this truck would leave the Dakota sitting still at the 1/4 mile just like it did the cop car. Lets not forget that this truck is probably 1,000lbs heavier than the Dakota too.

This truck runs 9.x and the Banks Dakota is only running 12.x. In typical Banksdom thought they brag about beating a stock C5 on the street with a truck that has 735hp. :D

Shoot there is a guy in Michigan running 10.9+ with 1500lbs more weight in quad cab DMax. That's without anything made by Banks on the truck. :)
