Ok, I am putting new shocks on my dad's 2002 S10. I have two questions. First where can I get the little nut clips for the front lower control arms? I broke all four of them. Second question, on the driver's side rear shock. On the lower shock stud there is a steel sleeve that was inside the bushing. When I pulled the shock off the bushing came off with the shock but the sleeve is stuck on. On the passenger side the sleeve came off really easy. I tried using pentrating oil, and then I tried some heat. But the sleeve has not budged. Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
Those Nuts are called Jclips IIRC amongst other names.

you might need to get a shock stud kit for the rear.
 
more heat on the sleeve, get a line from one end to the other glowing, then see if it will spin with vise grips
