Rusted Rocker panel replacement

I have a 2003 venture van and the rocker panels are totally rusted out. Trying to find a plastic rocker panel cover similar to the Uplanders to cover the old rockers. I have the short wheelbase Venture so I doubt the Uplanders will work, unless I cut and glue them to make them shorter.
 
You can get steel rockers for pretty cheap from a body supply place, then just weld or rivet them on and rocker guard them. The plastic would be nice but they attach to the rockers so if they're gone whaddya gonna do?
 
I just wanted the old rockers covered so the rust isn't showing. The plastic Uplander rockers are about an inch too long.
 
Trojan in Warren has the ones Ponyryd is talking about.. They're universal and you just tack weld them on, hit them with bedliner or rock guard and you're done.
 
I forgot how well the bedliner stuff would work. I remember a guy coated his Jeep bumpers with the stuff and it worked well, especially since he did some serious off roading. Thanks guys!
