1 car garage thats maybe 12x20, not big but could expand rearward if you wanted. Yes hes moved on the price, it was originally listed for $179,9 last year. now its $159,9.

He paid over $180 for it when he bought it 5 years ago and put another 20k into it in improvements.
 
I'm looking for a rental in RO right now. I just got a new roommate so we're shopping. If he decides to rent it out for a while, let me know.
