Rotary 2-Post hoist Model SPA088 7000lb

I have a Rotary 2 post hoist im looking to get rid of. I bought it for a buddy 6mos ago that still doesnt have the funds available to pay me and I just dont have anywhere to put it right now. It's been stored inside, could use some paint on the bottom or just use it as is. The arm locks have been removed, that is the only thing that is missing. Was removed from a shop in good working order. I have installation instructions and a parts breakdown sheet that I can include with the sale.
