the drop ceiling in the basement is right at the height of the door molding.....thats low as fuck.

if he needed a permit to build any of that, but never got one, now your screwed.

Ya I’m wondering the same thing. Strange but very cool setup. Can’t believe the sub let him do it though.
And if you look at the satellite it looks like the middle is actually two of those steel buildings. So 5 total.

I don't think he is part of the sub.....his house fronts Van Horn Rd. Good point about the extra "shed", they are 2 deep!!

Yeah like I said 6 garages. Haha Im sure he's in good with the city officials. I definitely scoped the satellite view. My wife found it looking specifically for a ranch... she thought might appreciate the "storage".....ha
 
It’s walking distance to my house in the sub behind there.

It dropped $100k because he sold off 6 acres for $36k.

It’s still priced too high.

All though out buildings

Coulda built one hell of a massive barn.

It’s a close friends, family’s friends place
 
Probably zoned agricultural and classified as residential. Not much to prevent you from doing anything.

When I die, someone is going to wonder WTF was wrong with me.
