Boil them first for 30min-1hr, it tenderizes them and gets rid of most of the fat. Then throw them on the grill on low and keep on applying bbq sauce. Biggest thing is keep them full slab if you cut them prior to grilling they dry out and turn to shit.
It sounds crazy, but marinate them in faygo orange pop for 24 hrs, then cook them at 200 degrees for 5 hras, then finish them on the grill. Put what you want on them, but these will be the most tender ribs. Mike
after boiluing them in water for like 45 minutes. boil them in some bbq sauce for like 20 25 minutes then grill them low for about well till they fall apart

call red hot and blue, order some of their dry rub ribs, put only one of the burners on the grill on low, put a layer of aluminum foil down on the grill put the ribs on the top rack to keep them nice an warm, and tell everyone you cooked them
