Ive been looken at heads for my 302 and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with RHS are they any good, did you like them, etc. Thanks

I know but Comp Cams owns RHS i believe and i was wondering if anyone had any experience with these Ive read some good things about the new ones.

i had a sbc 383 with a set os RHS 200cc intake runners , no port work done ,(out of the box) in a 1995 mustang 3150lbs. it ran 10.56 @ 127. those heads work very good. i would buy them for any motor i build! i hope this helps you good luck!

What are you building? 302? Stroker?

Right now my plans are just to put them on a supercharged 302 for now. The future I cant seem to make my mind but Ive been leaning towards 351w based stroker with either a turbo or supercharger. That want happen for a couple of years or till I get the money to build it how I want.

If the price is right I say go for it. Are they cast iron or aluminum? There are alot of good heads out there. You just have to go with what your budget will allow. If it's a "stock-ish" motor then I wouldn't try to go crazy cylinder head wize. Get something that will compliment your overall combo.

Aluminum, there not to crazy, they will work with stock pistons thanks for the help

Nothen to fancy stock bottom end 302, f303, gt40 lower with downs box, RR, a 75mm throttle body, and a vortech with 10 pounds. The heads should help out a lot.

Sounds like a good combo. The only thing I might think about changing would be the upper. I'd maybe go with a GT40/ Cobra instead of the box intake. That's just my .02. Sounds like it's gonna run good anyways.

Had the gt40 on it but sold just the upper for $400 so I said sold and got the box havnt had much time with it to see if i really like it or not yet

I'm not knocking the box upper. I just don't think it's the best thing for your 302 combo. If your going 351W down the road then it may be better suited for that. Sounds like a good setup otherwise. Good luck with it.
