Wow, its been many years since i have been on this forum! (so i apologize if this the wrong location for this post.) I moved out of Michigan 10 years ago, put my 1989 Mustang 5.0 in storage and have only driven in 2 times, last was about 5 years ago. I decided to come back from California for a month this June and thought it would be awesome to enjoy my car again, but she has been sitting soooo long. Looking for a fox body shop in Northern Metro Detroit to resurrect the car from storage. Nothing crazy, drain and refill fluids, get it running smooth and reliable (probably needs a TPS sensor and maybe a light tune) I had experience with Alternative Auto in the past, but not sure this warrants their expertise potential additional $/hour. Maybe they are the right shop, I don't know, thats why I am here to get help from the community. Looking for suggestions of shops to take it, preferably with someone well versed in 302's and that charges a fair price. Its a rebuilt motor with F/C/I.

Thanks!!!

Lidio supercharged my Dad's '94 GT 2 years ago and recommended Jake's Automotive for some leaks the car developed. He said he doesn't work on old 5.0 cars anymore, and always recommends Jake's because he used to work there.
I'm not sure if anyone else has experience with them, but my Dad's car isn't leaking anymore. Lol. Lots of cool/interesting cars in the lot/shop, and it looks like they work on a little bit of everything.
