7:30pm reservations for six. They didn't even bother bringing us waters until we had been seated for a solid twenty minutes. Several more minutes went by and we started thinking WTF is our server?.
I went up and spoke with the hostess who pretended to be shocked and said she would send someone over right away.
Fast forward several more minutes - still no server (keep in mind several servers walked right by our table and didn't give us the time of day).
We finally said screw these F'ers and left. I was polite and thanked the hostess as we left.
In summary - avoid Itilian Epicure in Novi unless you've already eaten and aren't in any hurry to eat again.
