Rental value?

Does anybody know how much you could rent out a home in Troy for:

2400 sq ranch not including the walkout basement.
2 car garage.
huge deck with doorwall access.
On a small no-motorized lake.
Built in the 70's with all new furnishings.
updated kitchen(corian) etc.
3 bedrooms
4 bathrooms(The master having its own and access to the deck via doorwall.)

The basement could even be turned into a huge flat/studio whatever. Its got its own bedroom, bath, bar, living area and potential kitchen(meaning sink).

Any ideas?

Contact a relator that does coporate rentals they pay the $$$$ cheddar but you usually have to kick back the first month to the agent
