I had Weldcraft repair one of my oem Bullitt wheels a while ago. The wheel had a chunk of the lip missing and after the repair you can see the section that has been repaired. Im wondering what I need to do to the lip so I can make it all match again. Id like to polish it up to a nice shine and have someone clear coat if possible.

I used to repair wheels all of the time. The 2 main things you need are some way to lay the wheel (no tire mounted) on something that can rotate it and a 90 degree die grinder with a roloc pad. if you cannot find something to spin the bare wheel you can do it on a bench or the floor but it is harder to get that perfect look.

once you get the curb rash out you can then follow it up with wet sanding and clear coat. If you hit the machining on the face it will not look good, make sure you only recondition the lip itself
