Red Dawn in Detroit

As most of you know, Red Dawn has been filming in the SE Michigan area for a few months now. I happened to come across some filming downtown yesterday. They yelled action and people were running from the POLICE station toward the school bus a few times. Gunfire and all, pretty cool.

Not really. I was illegally parked and walked a block or so to hang out there.
I was headed from Mexican Town to Grosse Pointe and took the scenic route

They've been filming a movie by my work also. "Highland Park" someone said. I dunno. They took over a small closed down bar right outside our place. W/ Jeff/ Dearborn Ave area.

Yep, same location. Different time of day, the large white reflectors are no longer on the left side of the bus.
