rear end set up.need help.

ive got a 93 mustang notch. it has adjustable uppers from dynamic racing and megabite lowers with drag pack springs and a air bag. my pinion angle is set at 2 degrees of neg angle.just cant seem to plant the car to the road with this setup. have hoosier quick times on the wheels right now but was the same with the et streets. any advice would be appreciated.
 
what exactly is it doing ??? does it squat or does it wheel hop or does it sort of grab and let go ?

0-5psi and 30psi at the track.not sure on the shocks.coil over suspension and k-member on the front and not sure about the shocks on the rear(not stock)
