Well, I got jumped from behind me at the bar Thursday night. I didn't see who it was, and I blacked out after the right side of my face hit the building. After that whoever it was stomped or kicked me in the chest and stomach. I have a black eye and temple, a big patch of skin about three or four inches in diameter missing from the back of my head, and my chest and stomach hurt like I've never felt in my life. I spent most of last night in the hospital, most of today in bed.

I'll recover, a few days of rest and I will be good as new.

On a side note, I found my girlfriend (ex now) of 8 years and the mother of my child at another guys house after the bar tonight. Just her and him. No bullshit, I am a guy, you don't go to another mans house after the bar in his car and leave yours there just to "hang out".

Nothing like being kicked when your down, wait a minute, that was last night. lol.

I'll recover, a few days of rest and I will be good as new.

I appreciate that. I will make it. Just a little sore body and heart right now. I'm not as much heart broken as I am sorry for my son. I will always be there for him. Just sucks that he isn't gonna grow up with both parents in the house as a family.

I am glad that I found out though, I was gonna ask her to marry me when I got back from Kansas. Guess I will be looking for a new place to store my crap.

Damn James, thats a rough night. Sorry to hear about that. Any idea who it was that jumped you? Did this all happen in Kansas?...and wtf are you doing in Kansas?
 
In Kansas for work. I have been here for two weeks. Yeah, I got beat down in Kansas. I don't know who did it at all. I was looking down at my phone dialing a number at the corner of the building, I was a little drunk. Next thing i know is someone grabbed me by the back of my neck and slammed me face first into the building. I blacked out after that. I don't even remember getting up or for how long I was out. I remember stumbling around the parking lot and a guy that I met on Wednesday somewhere else happened to be leaving the bar and he remembered me. He drove me back to the hotel. From there I went to the hospital.

About the ex. She told me she was going to bed but I never heard the usual sounds of the front door closing after she was done smoking, or the sound of her changing into sleeping clothes by the drawers sliding shut. So I called back and asked here to get our sons birth cert out of the dresser next to the bed. She said that she had it. I told her to read my information off of it. The SS number it one digit wrong for my info on his birth cert. When she got to the SS number she said that she didn't know it. I said keep reading it's right there. That's when she told me that she was lying and not at home.
 
After a little pressing about where her sister was (who she went out with to the bar) and why if she couldn't drive her sister didn't take her home, she came clean. She left her car at the bar and a guy from the bar took her back to his house and that they were just "hanging out" doing nothing, just the two of them. I'm a guy and i wasn't born last night. If you leave to go to the bar with your sister and you are too drunk to drive, your sister dosn't leave you there. She takes you home.....unless you tell her not to.

Hopefully you heal up quickly. Did they take anything from you?

As far as the woman troubles.....better you found out now than after you were married.

What a sorry mf to jump you from behind. They deserve each other. And like Shelly said, better you find out now. I dont really understand the need to jump you, tho. Your wounds will heal long before your heart.

Thanks guys. I just couldn't belive that less than 20 hours out of the hospital she would do something like that. Live and learn. I'm down for the roadies!

31 billion other women out there in this world. The fact remains that I am only 5'6" tall and 125 pounds. Most men are bigger and heavier than me. To grab someone my size from behind is a little cowardly in my book. Thank you again to those that have shown support.
