I test drove the ford & gm trucks,I bought the Ram.IT gets good mpg, it rides great nicer than some cars I have owned.Ford had to buy back my friends brand new truck because it would sway so bad when towing his car trailer. Also the Ram was the best deal 215.00 a mth.
One more thing I didn't buy a pickup truck for racing 5.0's lol

He meant he eats ram hemi with his f150 5.0 but im gonna eat his 5.0 with my ecoboost lol!!

Also for 215 mnth u had to have got a base model or put half down on it my fx4 sticker price was the same as a big horn ram hemi and the f150 gets 21 hwy to rams 19

I heard the new Ram diesel can also run on the tears of Ford and GM owners as an alternative to diesel fuel

Where were you when my bone stock '12 RAM (well with some added weight if anything) was clicking 14.5s at Milan this summer ?

Motor Trend tests suck regardless.

Yeah my 11 ram didn't lose any races to the bone stock competition, 390hp and lighter than the fords

This whole topic is laughable. Other than a manufacturer getting press and giving itself a reach around, there is nothing tangible to take away from it.
No one I've met in my lifetime shops for a vehicle based on any award it has received.
I worked at Chrysler for over 11 years and we would literally laugh when these were given...Truck of the Year...SUV of the Year...etc. It was merely something for upper management and the PR folks to use to inflate their egos.
Can't wait to see yet another giant banner draped over the WHQ building next time I head north on I-75.
Big fucking deal.
